个人学习工作经历
2004年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学应用物理专业,而后硕博连读于2009年获中国科大微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,并同年进入中国科学院合肥智能机械研究所工作(传感技术联合国家重点实验室,安徽省仿生感知与先进机器人技术重点实验室),期间于2012年10-11月在瑞士洛桑联邦理工学院(EPFL)微纳技术研究所开展短期合作研究,2018年12月-2019年12月在美国弗吉尼亚联邦大学(VCU)工程学院从事访问学者工作。
科研项目情况
作为负责人先后主持国家重点研发计划课题(2项)、GF科技创新特区项目、国家自然基金面上/青年基金、国家自然基金民航联合基金重点项目子课题、国家自然基金重大研究计划子课题、安徽省重大科技专项、安徽省自然基金面上基金、天津市重点研发计划院地合作课题、宁夏重大科技项目子课题、中科院B类先导专项子课题、航天一院预研创新基金、北京机动车管理中心委托项目等10余项。
代表性科研成果
将基于AI的深度学习与嵌入式开发技术与环境监测、医学检测等领域交叉,形成了有特色的智能传感与检测技术交叉新方向,研发了系列大气/移动源排放超细颗粒物在线监测系统、手持式尾气林格曼黑度计、尾气/烟雾/火点AI识别定位系统、重型柴油车高温车颗粒物原位传感器、机场空气质量微型监测系统、基于单光子计数的高灵敏度水质监测系统、排污口AI识别和监管系统、消化道微镜操作技能智能实时评分系统等,在IEEE Trans. on Instru. and Meas., Measurement, Opt. & Las. Tech., Jour. of Envi. Sci., Aerosol Sci. and Tech., Envi. Sci. and Pollu. Res., Opt. Eng.等期刊和SPIE、OSA及IEEE等国际会议上共发表论文70余篇,申请和授权专利60余项。
